URL to another website opening in a new page

Hi,

I'am creating (like some other people I guess) a program for website maintenance.

It works VERY well with the richview component but .. I have a little question.

How can I create a hyperlink to another website opening a new page. Creating a

link is not the problem but when using frames I want to set the target of the

new page (like _blank or _parent)

How can I do this ?
