Unable to change the width of a table with the mouse

Dear Sergey,

I've got a problem when inserting a table to TRichViewEdit.

When I've inserted a table, the width of the table seems to be stuck when

changing it with the mouse. The width of the cells are changable but not

the width of the table... :(

My source in C++:
