Older versions used RVStyle of the main document (assigned with

AssignSource) for headers and footers.

What was wrong, and new version uses RVStyle linked to header/footer (which

may be the same object, or a different one).

What are FHeader1, FHeader2? May be they are from RichViews without assigned

RVStyle?
