SelectionExists resets the selection!

I was wondering why when doing shift+downarrow or shift+home was selecting

from the doc start to the caret position instead of what it should select,

and found that tbCopy.enabled:=rveBrowser.SelectionExists in the

OnCaretMoved event was resetting the selection. On tracing through, I found

that changing it to

tbCopy.enabled:=rveBrowser.RVData.SelectionExists(False,True) solves the

problem, but hardly desirable behaviour...
