TRichView uses standard scrollbars, and their color cannot be changed.

Two options are possible:

1) Hiding TRichView scrollbars (VScrollVisible = HScrollVisible = False) and

using other scrollbar components instead.

2) Using flat scrollbars. Registered users can compile the components with

RVFLATSCROLLBARS compiler define.

  Two new properties will appear: ScrollBarColor and ScrollBarStyle

(regular/flat/hottrack).

  Unfortunately, this feature does not work properly in Win95.
