The most probably, table was created in MS Word.

MS Word allows to make different cell padding for left, right, top and

bottom sides of cell. It usually sets left=right>0, top=bottom=0.

RichView allows only the same cellpadding for all sides, so it assigns

cellpadding = (left+right+top+bottom)/4.

What's why after the first loading heights of rows can be larger
