SaveRTFToStream inserts blank line at top

I'm trying out TRichView (very nice...)...

My question is...

   when I SaveRTFToStream it inserts a LineFeed at the begining of the

page...

   when I load the Stream... it shows a blank line at top of document

  so if I save and load many times, I get that many blank lines at the

begining of the document.
