You need to use third-party shareware components.

1) LLPDFLib: very powerful PDF VCL.

2) RolePDF: shareware DLL with VCL wrapper.

Supports a limited set of PDF commands, but this is usually enough to

convert simple documents (the problem may be with some metafile images). Not

sure if it supports non-English documents.
