RVRuler Inset property

I can see at design time, that if I set the inset property to -65, I get a

nice little gap between the edge of my control and the proposed left margin

of the printing.

But at run-time, it appears that the inset property is ignored. The Ruler

shows as starting from the left side and the left margin is fully visible

(i.e a gutter on the screen which serves no purpose).

How do I use the rule such that I still see the real margin starting at the

20mm I set, and the right margin also as I set it, but the left gutter not

being fully displayed.
