I use the RVPrinter Event OnFormatting to make sure my document is up to

date before printing. I only use Step == rvpsStarting. When debugging I

noticed that this function is called twice. Once before the dialog comes up

and once after. So even if the user cancels printing, this function is

called. Is this necessary?
