The ability to insert the Unicode entity reference rather than the character

itself would be handy too.

ie. insert "á" when � ("a" acute) is selected.

Reason: I'd like to export my RVEdit to XML using UTF-8 encoding. RVXML currently

exports without reference to the desired encoding...
