I understand. The one issue I have is that this will require the user to do

two things -- first, to press Alt-Shift to change the Windows language from

English to Hebrew (or vice versa), and second, to assign the proper BiDiMode

to the text fragment. This is cumbersome. Is there event that can be triggered

or some property I can monitor that will let me know when the Windows language

is changed by the user (or what is the current language/charset) -- or, is

there a way that I can call an API to change the Windows language? I would

like to reduce this to a single step for the user.
