As I can see, Ctrl+Down moves to the begining of the next paragraph.

Ctrl+Up moves to the beginning of current paragraph, or (if already there)

to the beginning of the previous one.

Is this what you want?

I think I can add this to TRichViewEdit as a standard functionality.
