I cannot reproduce this bug.

Does it occur in the compiled demo:

http://www.trichview.com/rvfiles/rvedit.zip ?

(it has some Unicode text at the end of document)

Probably, something is wrong with the printer driver, and error occurs when

the program tries to receive information about the default printer.
