Well, which properties do you want to add to this action?

The form size? But what if the screen resolution is small? RichViewActions

forms are designed to be displayed even in 640x480 resolution. Well, may be

defining size in screen size percent makes sense...

The initial zoom is not 24%, but "Full Page".
