RVPrint can be used only if some printer is available.

RVPrintPreview cannot be used with RVReportHelper (planned for future).

You can use TRVPrintPreview to show RVReportHelper output. Create a fake

empty document (must contain at least one empty text item, otherwise

TRVPrint refuses to print it), and use OnPagePrepaint event to draw

TRVReportHelper. There are some demos available in

trichview.support.examples.

But again, page size is defined by the printer.
