Printing: mixing portrait and landscape

Hi All,

I have an application that has a collection of RichView documents

(presented in a treeview, like a typical notes/notebook application).

When printing I write all the different sections (which are all

individual RV documents) to 1 RV document, and print. This works fine.

But now I have some sections that need to be printed in landscape. Any

idea on how to do this in 1 printjob?

- I remember Sergey writing about printing multiple documents as 1

document, using undocumented functions (but can't find it), without

first creating a new document that combines all sections. So is it

possible to do something like the following:

start printjob

for all documents

  set orientation

  print document

end printjob

- I would also like to generate a table of contents with pagenumbers.

Anybody managed to do something like that?
