As you can see, you can draw header using TRVReportHelper, and it will be

visible both on paper and it print preview.

I think (I cannot display header above TRichView), the simplest way is to

create two documents: with this header and without this header. Deleting the

first paragraphs (with this header) is much more easy than inserting header

in each page.
