Hi Sergey,

I'm opening a RTF file in an EVEdit and I have 2 other RVEdits for reading

the header/footer.

I then want to generate a metafile of the page including Header, Body and

Footer.

Now I know how to do this with RVPrint and it's easy, but if I don't have

a printer installed I can't use it.

So I want to use RVReportHelper. I know what page size I want, such as A4

or Letter (and their related pixel size if needed), I just need an example

to tie it all together and get a metafile of the page(s) which I can save,

print, convert etc.
