I guess what I'm really asking for is... :-)

A demo using rvreporthelper to generate a page using 3 rvedits; one for the

header, one for the body and one for the footer.

I guess this would use 3 rvrh but I can't see how to string this all together

so I end up painting the pages on a canvas from the 3 sources.
