Upgrade your version, it's free.

But tabs will not allow to implement exactly what you want - there are

right-aligned tabs, but they must have a fixed position from the left side.

I see no problems using tables here - two columns, width=100%, the left

column is aligned to the left, the right column is aligned to the right.

Breaks have fixed offset from the left and right side - 5 pixels. It's not

customizable yet.

You can try to use paragraph borders (all sides can be hidden except for the

bottom side).
