Standard TRichView packages cannot be distributed as runtime packages.

You need to create new packages instead of RVPkg*.

Include all units except for RVDsgn, RVSEdit, RVCodePage, RVReg in runtime

package. Include the units listed above in the designtime package, make it

dependent on the runtime one.

NOTE: it's allowed to distribute runtime packages of TRichView only if your

application will be installed to some specific clients, not for wide market.
