Use AddTextNL instead of AddNL

What kind of formatting do you want to preserve?

AddBreak adds not a pagebreak but horizontal line (like <HR> in HTML).

Page breaks:

rv->AddNL("First Page", 0, 0);

int ItemCount = rv->ItemCount;

rv->AddNL("Second Page", 0, 0);

rv->PageBreaksBeforeItems[ItemCount] = true;
