Ok, I can use the regular FontDialog and Assign:

    FontDialog1->Font = Form1->Font;

    if (FontDialog1->Execute())

        RVStyle1->TextStyles->Items[0]->Assign(FontDialog1->Font);

    RichViewEdit1->SetFocus();
