F&H have the same LeftMarginMM and RightMarginMM as the main document.

But TopMarginMM and BottomMarginMM do not affect them. They affect only the

main document.

Header's top coordinate is RVPrint.HeaderYMM, footer's bottom coordinate is

RVPrint.FooterYMM.

Of course, RichView decreases height and adjusts vertical position of the

main document to avoid overlapping with H&F.

Do you have problems with vertical or with horizontal margins?
