Sorry, I still do not understand.

I'll try to explain how it works.

List marker (if present) is a first item in the paragraph. The paragraph

ends either by starting a next paragraph (check IsParaStart) or by the end

of the document/cell.

Any number of unmarkered paragraphs or paragraphs having list markers of

different styles may be between two paragraphs of the same style. There is

no difference if they are adjacent or not.
