These pas-files is the only source for RichViewActions' dialog translations.

Actions themselves (captions and hints) require a call of RVA_LocalizeForm

(see procedure TForm3.Localize in the ActionTest) and they will not be

translated if you do not call it, but dialogs (like table properties) are

translated automatically.

May be you have 2 copied of RichViewActions' pas-files in different

directories, and Delphi uses unmodified files to compile the application?
