I tried - for me, preview, printing and editor look the same.

Some difference in preview may be caused by scaling, rounding errors and

differences in resolutions

Well, you can easily remove the limitation on 100% minimum.

Open CRVFData.pas, find procedure TCustomRVFormattedData.FinishScreenLine

and change

        if pi.LineSpacing>0 then begin
