Sorry, I missed this question.

How to save hyperlink pointing to checkpoint.

1) Use checkpoint names as checkpoints identifiers.

Include rvsoUseCheckpointsNames in the Options parameter of SaveHTML

2) Add '#' at the beginning of the link.

For example, if you insert a checkpoint with the code

  rve.SetCurrentCheckpointInfo(0, 'test', false),

a link to it can be inserted as

  rve.InsertStringTag('Link to test', Integer(StrNew('#test')));
