HTML import hyperlink

I am using THTMLImporter for importing HTML to rve. One big problem is

neither rve nor HTMLImporter have such an event like OnReadHyperlink so that

I can customize the item tag. Because, in my proj, I will add a header to

each tag for some verification purposes. As I know, OnReadHyperlink is not

fired when calling HTMLImporter.LoadHTML. Everything work well for importing

RTF because it fires the OnReadHyperlink so I can do what I want there.

Is there any way I could do so?
