How to use the RVOfficeConvert?

Hi:

I'm useing the RVOfficeConvert component to convert the RVF to the word

document.

Use the ExportRV can be saved document by word format.But use the ImportRV

can't opend the saved word document.

What wrong with this? Please tell me the reason,thanks!
