By default, controls are drawn using OnPrintComponent, via temporal bitmap,

and you cannot get their position.

It's possible only by creating your own item type for controls.

Look at Demos\Addins\ChartItem\

It contains a special item type for TChart component printing directly on

the printer (or preview) canvas.
