Yes, if you uncomment the line

ConvertFromUnicode(rvrh.RichView, SHIFTJIS_CHARSET);

the text is converted to ANSI.

Moreover, you can simply change the line

rvrh.RichView.RTFReadProperties.UnicodeMode := rvruMixed;

to

rvrh.RichView.RTFReadProperties.UnicodeMode := rvruNoUnicode,

and RTF will be loaded as ANSI.

I am afraid I cannot help you here.

Please contact the LLPDFLib authors and ask them how to export
