How can itemtag initially be set to 0?

Hi,

I'd like to use tags to attach some information to every paragrah,

but when user input "ENTER" or copy-paste one paragraph, the

"newly generated" paragraph will have the same tag value as the older one.

How can i prevent tag value from being duplicated and set 0 to the tag of

new

paragraph?
