As I understand you read RTF specification.

There is one important issue: RTF specification is wrong saying that OLE

data in RTF is a result of OleSaveToStream.

There is some header (of variable size because it contains strings of

variable length) preceding OleSaveToStream data. And I have a suspection

that not all objects are saved using OleSaveToStream.
