Help with highliting text

Hi all.

This is most likely a very simple task but I can't find a mention of this in

a question so here goes.

Quite simply I have a Richview edit and style component on a form. No

special formatting is needed simply as a user types in some text and the

amount of charecters goes past a set value, say 300, all the rest of the

text typed in the edit changes color to say red with highlighted yellow or

something. All charecters before the 300 appear as normal black or whatever

color.

can someone point me in the right direction please?
