TRVPrint component supports only the same footer for all pages, and the same

height of the main document for all pages.

If you need to change h&f between pages, you can use TRVReportHelper to draw

them.

This demo shows how:

This demo draws the same header for all pages (and displays only the first

page), but this method can be used to create different headers (in

OnRVPagePrepaint).

But this demo assumes that you know header height before formatting document

(or maximal header height), because the main document area starts at the

same coordinate for all pages.

If you need completely flexible layout, use RVReportHelper both for h&f and

for the main document. Demo:
