The native method for text selection is SetSelectionBounds.

You can also use functions from RVLinear.pas (and work with SelStart and

SelLength)

The simplest way is reselecting. For example, you can use functions from

RVLinear unit:

RVSetSelectionEx(RichViewEdit1, rec);
