I process macros that prompt the user to enter text in the TRichViewEdit component. When the user must select from a list, I display a lookup combo box at the cursor, and when they select an entry the box disappears and the selection is placed at the position of the cursor. Similarly, when the user must respond to a "yes/no" question I place a "Yes" button and a "No" button at the position of the cursor. As soon as one of the buttons is clicked, they disappear and the macro continues to be processed based upon their choice. The user creates the macros, so it is likely that during one "session" the user may have many instances of controls appearing and disappearing while the document is being built. >Can you explain what do you want to achieve? > > |
