Vertically, the scheme of the last page is the following:

top margin

-------------------- <-- PrintAreaRect.Top

-------------------- <-- PrintAreaRect.Top+RVPrint.EndAt

-------------------- <-- PrintAreaRect.Bottom

bottom margin

-------------------- <-- PageRect.Bottom

where PageRect and PrintAreaRect are parameters of OnPagePrepaint (and

OnPagePostpaint), RVPrint is a TRVPrint component.

You can use these coordinates to position header and footer when drawing it

in these events.
