Error reading RVF file

When a RVF file contains a picture without a name and without body

(rvSavePictureBody=false) the file cannot be read.

can read this:

1 1 1 0 0 0

Regression

-3 1 4 0 1 12

Picture

1 1 1 0 0 0

Residual

------------------

but not this:

-----------------

1 1 1 0 0 0

Regression

-3 1 4 0 1 12 0

1 1 1 0 0 0

Residual

-----------------
