VSSpell 3 (shipped with Delphi) is no longer supported by its developers.

So there is no official way to get dictionaries.

I searched Google, and found

1) Some years ago, the following dictionaries were available (in addition to

American English): British English, Danish, Dutch, French, German and

Italian.

2) It looks like you can download some of them here:

http://www.ist.ca/espell/dict.html

I am afraid no Spanish available. You can do you own search in Google,

though.
