Hmm... Not sure if it's 100% reliable, but you can check if undo grouping

mode is turned on:

TRVEditRVData(RVEdit.RVData).UndoList.GroupModeCount>0

If yes, this deletion is a part of larger operation.

But be careful. For example, if table is deleted, this event is called for

each item in each table cell.
