1) Make sure that this TDBRichViewEdit is linked to TDataSource, TDataSource

is linked to TTable (or other dataset component), TTable.TableName,

editor.DataField are set (so that editor edits some BLOB field)

2) Make sure that editor.ReadOnly = False, TTable.ReadOnly = False.
