Can TRichView be used in gpl project?

I want to use TRichView in a project that is required to be licensed with

gpl.

I am not a lawyer, and do not understand the implications and ramifications

of how gpl and TRichView could or could not be used together.

Have you encountered this situation, and do you have a procedure or policy

regarding use of TRichView in a gpl project?

I understand that your license includes source code, but that I could not

make this source code available outside of our own private usage.

With that understanding, can TRichView be used? Do I need to get some kind

of specific exception regarding this?
