There are special item type - hypertext pictures.

They can be inserted in editor with method InsertHotPicture (RV hyperlink

targets are usually stored in tags, so use SetCurrentTag just after

InsertHotPicture).

New version has method converting hypertext image to normal and vice versa:

ConvertToPicture and ConvertToHotPicture
