In the current implementation, RichViewActions for increasing and decreasing

indents do not change indents of bullets. They increase and decrease bullets

level instead. You can view which levels the bullets have if you place the

caret in the bulleted paragraph, choose the menu "Paragraph | Bullets and

Numbering", click the button "Customize". Predefined RichViewActions bullets

and bullets imported from MS Word document have 9 levels.

Actually, MS Word does the same for multilevel bullets, but it also has

single level bullets which it treats differently (changes indent instead of

changing level). This functionality is planned for future in

RichViewActions.
