Bitmaps do not have quality (it's a lossless format).

Quality is lost when saving jpeg files (converted from this bitmap)

In future, I'll add a parameter.

While you can modify a source code (CRVData.pas, TCustomRVData.SavePicture),

assign jpg.CompressionQuality after creating jpeg.
