Just remove the call of Format from there.

It's not necessary, ApplyTextStyle does all the required work to update the

document.

This issue is not about D9, this is a change in TRichView.

Calling Format is dangerous when the caret is in table cell. If you need to

update the existing document, call Reformat instead. But, as it was said,

it's not needed after ApplyTextStyle.
