This option works (I just tested), and it switches the charset. But you need

to switch language when the editor has an input focus, otherwise this option

has no effect.

But actually, this option does not switch BiDiMode on Ctrl+RShift/LShift.

By the way, what do you think these key must change: BiDiMode of the current

text (selected or new) or BiDiMode of the current paragraph?
